We always prepare a 3 course meal, consisting of :
an appetizer, it was Samosa with mint chutney last week
main course, it consisted of chicken curry,squash curry and basmati and peas pilau
a dessert, it was Rus Maali last week
each participant receives a signed copy of Ooh Lalah and uses it to prepare their dish.
Than comes the very best part and,
We all sit down on our lovely table and enjoy the food and each other's company.
